10-To sell branded products you must be the legal owner for the brand or an authorized reseller.
11-It is strictly not allowed to add any of your contact information When you sell your product, for example (Phone number – Address, Email, or any of your Social media) your personal contact information is strictly forbidden.
12-Sell your products on the site and their value will be added to Your account balance directly, but you won’t be able to pull them out as they will remain in effect for three days until we make sure the buyer does not intend to return Your goods. Then you can withdraw your balance whenever you want.
All you have to do is going to the Accounting department and withdraw your money. (by an authorized person).
13-There is no subscription fee to display products to all sellers, our store is completely free of charge you can display your products and when we sell your products, we collect the amount that the buyer paid on your behalf.
14-As sellers, you must implement orders in a reasonable commercial manner and packaging your products in an acceptable commercial manner to meet the packaging requirements. Also, you are obligated not to contact customers (either by phone, email, or other means of communication) for any reason.
15-You may only make use of the Site for legitimate purposes. You must comply with all laws in force in the Kurdistan region and Iraq. You are required to comply with these laws. Also, ensure that your products are compatible with the images on the site, and with the information provided if the product does not match the images and descriptions or any other type of fraudulent conduct the buyer will be compensated by the seller.
16-The seller, products must comply with applicable quality and safety standards Only the seller is responsible for any products distributed through The Site. The seller is also responsible for any business offense that has posted inaccurate or misleading advertising or information about products through the site.
17-You must read the return and replace policy on the site and agree to its content before you start selling, using the seller window, and starting to show Your goods for sale is an approval of the replacement and return policy.
18-You should avoid any advertising or misleading information About your products, and any brand that is not owned by you or you’re not a Legal agent for it on the site. If we discover that you violate these site terms you must accept the return of the products and take responsibility in accordance.
19-As a seller, you are legally responsible for all your commercial transaction and procedures on the site, you should be fully aware of all the terms regarding your product Displayed for sale. You should also make sure that you sell the product in accordance with the central laws, regulations, and instructions applicable in the Kurdistan region and Iraq. Natural food products and nutritional supplements must comply with the Ministry of Health rules.
20-Delivery errors and the product does not match what the customer requested is the seller’s responsibility only. Any non-conformity with the Ordered item by the customer is the seller’s responsibility. Therefore, the seller will be charged for the replacement of the product.
21-Sellers pay a Commission on each sold product the sales fee is deducted from the total sales price and commissions vary by product category.
22-The terms and conditions of this merchant agreement are valid once your account has been created or you sign a written contract with us and it will continue unless it is terminated by us or by on your part.
23-Nothing in these Site Terms may result in any kind of partnership, joint project, agency or it indicates that we have a salesperson or business relationship between us.
